Scope of Works:
– New build extension

– Triple skin Part L compliant rooflights
– New lead replacement perimeters
– Extensive green roof
The first stage of this project involved installing the Langley vapour barrier, 120mm PIR insulation, triple skinned rooflights followed by the Langley root-resistant waterproofing.
Once completed, Ice Roofing & Cladding then installed the drainage mat, extensive soil substrate and sedum. The perimeters were finished with new stone wash ballast, which protects the surrounding walls from root intrusion, whilst at the same time adds a pleasing aesthetical appearance to the finish.
