This project involved the renewal of the roof area above the service yard area. The existing waterproofing had failed significantly, major cracks and slumping had started to occur within the roof.
Ice Roofing & Cladding were involved from very early on in the project, and had advised the client on the specification. This pre-tender assistance included core sampling and budget costs to help with the funding.
The contract was completed without disruption and ontime much to the delight of the store and the project manager.
